Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of offerver. We keep them readable; please review them before using paid features.

Agreement

By using offerver you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use offerver on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

offerver provides software to help teams manage incoming quote requests and related workflows.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, or operations.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
You must not misuse the service (for example: unauthorized access, unlawful content, or attempts to disrupt the platform).

Paid plans are billed by our payment partner (Paddle). Taxes and invoicing follow Paddle’s checkout and receipts.
Fees, renewal, and cancellation follow the product you select at checkout and Paddle’s customer billing flows.

Subscription payments are processed by Paddle. Refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes follow Paddle’s buyer and seller terms and the payment rules that apply to your purchase, together with any mandatory consumer rights in your country or region.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund (for example a billing error, duplicate charge, or you could not access a paid feature you were charged for), email us within 14 days of the charge at contact@offerver.com with your account email and any transaction or receipt details. We will review your request and work with Paddle where applicable.
When a refund is approved, it is issued through Paddle; the time until funds appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer and Paddle’s processing times.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, fifty US dollars).
